THE LATEST UPDATES: In 2016, I became a Registered Yoga Instructor and have furthered my education by attending SUNY Empire - psychology. I am focused on treating trauma, and have furthered my studies by taking Trauma Sensitive Yoga Instruction at Kripalu in Massachusetts.
